InstaSwim is looking to hire private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a national private mobile swim lesson company, InstaSwim offers flexible scheduling, local travel, fast payment, and liability coverage. Begin teaching within 24–48 hours after interview with onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student\'s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
