Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach clients in their homes and private pools, across your area and surrounding cities. You set your own schedule and decide which clients to work with, while we supply the clients and handle most administrative tasks for you.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. Travel locally and enjoy the flexibility to build your own timetable while providing safe, personalized instruction at every

Qualifications

• 2 years of swim instruction experience or more.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
