Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can choose clients to work with, earning payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Get started quickly—lessons can begin within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
