Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' private homes and community pools, all within your location and surrounding cities. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, choosing which clients to work with.

The company provides clients and support, with an emphasis on safety and high wages in the industry. Instructors travel locally, carry out customized lesson plans, and are covered by liability policies

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
