InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule and we supply the clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of professional swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, safe, tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
