Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will conduct private and small group lessons, travel to local pools, and create tailored lesson plans while ensuring safety. Must have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US work authorization is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, engaging, and safe learning experience for students and clients.
