Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule, travel locally, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson. CPR and First Aid certifications, along with US work authorization, are required.

You will join a nationwide network with support and opportunities to earn competitive pay while helping learners of all ages build skills in a safe, personalized setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
