Job summary

InstaSwim invites caring, professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and decide which clients to work with, while earning money quickly—payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

As an InstaSwim instructor, you’ll conduct private or small group lessons, travel to local pools, create customized plans, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Travel to client locations and ensure safety during lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
