InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area in the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess and track student progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
• Travel to client pool locations as scheduled.
• Set flexible scheduling with clients and manage bookings.
