Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors in Gainesville, Florida to conduct swim lessons at clients' homes and community pools. You will enjoy flexible scheduling, earn competitive compensation of $40-$70 per lesson, and get paid quickly after each session. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be at least 18 years old, and have CPR/First Aid certifications (or a willingness to obtain them). Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to lesson locations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence in creating personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule and adapt lessons based on client needs.
• Travel to clients' pool locations safely.
• Assess and monitor students' progress.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
