A private swim lesson company is seeking experienced swim instructors to teach clients in their homes and community pools. Instructors will set their schedules, receive clients locally, and enjoy competitive pay with rapid payment processing. Candidates should have at least two years of swim instruction experience and be CPR certified. This role offers flexibility and the chance to inspire swimmers of all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills and monitor progress.
