Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You supply the instruction; we supply the clients and you set your own schedule.

Earn $40–$70 per hour with fast payment after each lesson. Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a clean background.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
