Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, earning $40–$70 per hour. Payment is processed quickly after each lesson, with insurance coverage included.

We require at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid Certifications (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Join a growing network of instructors and make a positive impact while enjoying flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
