Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US, including Georgia. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, flexible scheduling, safe travel to locations, and creating personalized lesson plans. Must have 2+ years experience and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
