Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US, including Georgia. Instructors set their own schedules and choose clients, earning competitive pay with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and coverage; instructors travel locally, follow safety protocols, and can begin quickly after onboarding. Must have 2+ years experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
