Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and can be paid quickly after each lesson. Travel locally to client locations and enjoy flexibility in choosing clients to work with.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid certifications, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. Earn $40–$70 per hour. Insurance coverage is included through InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
