InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and you pick which clients to work with, with payment issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transport, US work authorization, and a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
