InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with InstaSwim adding you to its liability policy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
