Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, and enjoy the freedom of choosing clients to work with.

You will conduct private or small group lessons, travel to locations, and create personalized lesson plans while maintaining safety and high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons to their needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
