Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a member of InstaSwim, you'll travel locally to lessons, have access to liability coverage, and benefit from fast onboarding and ongoing support while helping students of all ages gain confidence in the water.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Swim instruction equipment may be needed for lessons.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
