Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools within your area. You set the schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Require at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and US work authorization. Earn $40-$70 per hour with company-supported insurance and a fast onboarding process.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills and progress, adapting lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
