Job summary

InstaSwim is expanding with private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Instructors set their own schedule, travel to local locations, and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

You’ll be covered by our liability policy and matched with clients based on location and availability. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
