Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including Kuna, Idaho. You control your schedule while we provide the clients and support every step of the way.

Earn $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson with fast pay within 24 hours. We cover insurance, enable local travel, assist with background checks, and offer quick onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
