Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and travel to assigned locations, earning $40–$70 per hour. Payments are processed quickly after each lesson, often within 24 hours.

We provide clients and support, with optional onboarding steps and background checks covered by InstaSwim. Must have 2+ years of instruction, 18+ years old, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and basic swim equipment as needed.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible times.
• Travel to client pools and homes.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, safe learning environment and maintain safety at all times.
