InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Instructors set their own schedule and can choose which clients to work with, while InstaSwim provides clients and support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Have swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional, positive attitude with children and adults.
• Confident in creating/delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
