Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

As an instructor, you’ll conduct 1-1 and small group lessons, travel to nearby pools, and tailor lesson plans to each student’s ability while ensuring safety and engagement for learners of all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Positive attitude and ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel to client locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each learner.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet goals and safety.
• Provide a fun, safe, and tracked learning experience.
