Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set the schedule, select your clients, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

As a swim instructor you will conduct private and small group sessions, travel to pools, create personalized lesson plans, assess progress, and ensure safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
