Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a Swim Instructor, you will conduct private and small group lessons, travel to client locations, create personalized lesson plans, ensure safety, and provide engaging, tracked learning experiences for our

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
