Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and we supply the clients; you can choose which clients to work with and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role offers local travel, flexible hours, and fast payment. In addition to background checks, the company provides insurance coverage and support to ensure your teaching journey is seamless and rewarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
