Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional, experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' private homes and community pools, across your area. You set the schedule and choose which clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply the clients; you deliver high-quality instruction with personalized lesson plans and strict safety standards. Earn $40-$70 per hour, with US work authorization and a background check required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
