Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including California. You set your own schedule and travel locally to lesson locations.

Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed quickly, often within 24 hours. Qualifications include at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Join a network that values safety, flexibility, and personalized lesson planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
