Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with payments processed quickly via PayPal or other methods.

InstaSwim provides clients, while you deliver personalized instruction and ensure safety. Travel to local pools is required, with flexibility to choose preferred clients and areas.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years old or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student\'s ability and learning style.
• Assess student\'s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
