Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid cert (or willingness), reliable transportation, US work authorization. You’ll travel to local pools and deliver personalized lesson plans while ensuring student safety.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to student ability and learning style.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
