Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors set their own schedules, travel to local pools, and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and handle insurance, with no overhead and flexible opportunities to work with chosen clients. Earn $40–$70 per hour, with fast payments and support from InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the US.
• Willing to obtain CPR & First Aid certification if not already held.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
