Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Must be 18+, have 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transport, and US work authorization.

We provide clients and support; instructors tailor plans, travel locally, and ensure safety while delivering engaging lessons for all ages.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and assess progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons at clients' homes or pools.
• Schedule lessons with flexible availability.
• Travel safely to and from client locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to client needs.
• Provide a fun, safe, and tracked learning experience.
• Maintain safety of students at all times.
