Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including Virginia regions like Stephens City. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning wages within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will conduct private and small group lessons, travel to local pool locations, create personalized lesson plans, monitor progress, ensure student safety, and provide a fun, structured learning

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student skills and progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
