InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company. We connect skilled instructors with clients' private homes and community pools in the United States, empowering you to set your own schedule and travel locally.

You get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. To join, you must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
