Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You’ll be part of a growing network with support staff and flexible opportunities to work with both kids and adults. Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, carry CPR/First Aid certificates (or willingness to obtain), and be based in the US with

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience.
