Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and are paid quickly after each lesson. Travel locally and choose which clients to work with while earning competitive pay.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student's skills and progress, adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
