InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and manage your own calendar.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
