Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with; we supply the clients and you earn competitive pay.

Lessons are private or small groups, you travel locally, and payments are processed within 24 hours after each lesson. Insurance coverage is provided, and background checks are covered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willing to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Confident in creating personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
