TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking remote-based Collections Representatives to contact consumers and secure past-due payments on student loan accounts.

The role requires 2+ years of loan collections experience, FDCPA knowledge, and strong communication skills. You’ll work from home with paid training, a team environment, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Compensation

$20-$26/hour based on experience

For Remote Positions

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
