Qualifications

• Comprehension of verbal and written food recipes, production orders and cooking instructions.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations for equipment use and personal hygiene.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to move objects up to 35 lbs. to waist height.
• Adhere to client and company COVID-19 workplace safety standards.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Receive and store deliveries per procedures.
• This position may require performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• The production, preparation and cooking of foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees and catering.
• Station set-up prior to service with required equipment and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following health regulations.
