Headway invites licensed psychiatrists to launch or expand private practices with built-in tools and a nationwide network. You’ll manage your own schedule, caseload, and work environment while Headway streamlines insurance credentialing and billing.

As an independent contractor, you’ll benefit from predictable payments and access to EHR resources, with ongoing support to ensure compliance and quality care. Start taking insured clients with minimal friction.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with DEA/CDS, ANCC board cert, NPI, and malpractice insurance.
• Ability to start or expand private practice while controlling schedule, client load, and environment.
• State licenses accepted: MD/DO.

Responsibilities

• Help build or grow your private practice using Headway's platform.
• Navigate insurance credentialing and billing with support from Headway.
• Deliver quality care while maintaining autonomy and scheduling control.
