As a 1099 independent contractor, you control hours and patient load while Headway handles credentialing, billing, and networking with insurance plans to help you increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with a valid DEA or CDS.
• ANCC board certification, NPI number, and malpractice insurance required.
• Independent contractor status with flexible practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build or grow a private practice using Headway tools and support.
• Set your schedule, manage caseload, and determine client load.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, credentialing, and insurance rules.
