Job summary

Headway invites licensed psychiatrists to build or grow their private practice with full autonomy over hours and caseload. The platform provides tools, resources, and support to handle insurance credentialing, billing, and operations so you can focus on delivering quality care.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You’ll work within Headway’s nationwide network, set your own schedule, and manage your caseload while earning via competitive insurance rates and predictable bi-weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with DEA or CDS number, NPI and malpractice insurance.
• Board-certified in ANCC and eligible MD/DO licensure where required.
• Wollows to start or grow a private practice using Headway resources.

Responsibilities

• Help build or grow your private practice with Headway tools and support.
• Navigate insurance credentialing and billing processes.
• Focus on delivering quality care while managing your schedule.
• Maintain autonomy over hours and caseload as a 1099 contractor.
