Job summary

Two Meeting Street Inn in downtown Charleston seeks a dedicated prep cook to support breakfast and happy hour service, preparing a wide range of items and elegant plating for club members.

You will work in a small house kitchen with the Head Chef, interact with club members professionally, and handle duties from prep to dishwashing. Prior hotel/bed & breakfast or banquet/catering experience is preferred; mornings or evenings shifts; full-time or part-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/bed & breakfast or banquet/catering is preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with club members.
• Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with prep, cooking and serving breakfast and happy hour items.
• Plan, prep and execute tasks with attention to quality and timing.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and assist with basic kitchen duties (dishwashing, trash).
