Ellie Mental Health is hiring for a full-time clinician to join our Lee's Summit, Independence, State Line, and North Oak locations. We handle inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, and billing so you can focus on client care.

We offer competitive compensation with benefits, flexible scheduling, and paid CEU time. A master's degree and Missouri clinical licensure are required, with experience in diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field with active progress toward licensure.
• A clinical licence in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation (preferred).
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and EHR systems.
• Training or certification in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, or Sand Tray Therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation per company policy.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week.
• Provide excellent evidence based therapeutic healing to clients and collaborate with a supportive, dynamic team.
• Bring creativity to interventions to help clients meet and exceed goals.
• Submit individual session documentation per company guidelines.
