We handle client inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, and billing so you can focus on therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field and active progress toward licensure
• Clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation per policy
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a supportive team
• Bring creativity to interventions to help clients meet goals
• Submit documentation per company guidelines
