We offer competitive compensation and benefits, with a full-time schedule and flexible hours within your caseload. You’ll maintain a 25-hour client week, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team in a private practice setting.

Qualifications

• Master's in behavioral science or related field is required.
• Active clinical license in Missouri (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) required.
• Experience completing diagnostic tools and treatment plans.
• Familiarity with therapy services, insurance billing, and mental health documentation preferred.
• Ability to submit documentation timely.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Comfort working with diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a supportive team.
• Bring creativity to interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Submit session documentation per guidelines.
